Two-Way 90° Bending

The compact pipes bender kit is designed for bending soft copper and aluminum pipes up to 90 degrees in both forward and reverse configurations. The reverse bending tool ensures versatility, making it ideal for wall or hard-to-reach areas. Its mechanical ratchet allows for rapid and precise bending.

High-Quality Construction

Made from 40Cr steel and 45# steel with high-precision machining, the pipe bender ensures durability and precision. The firm and durable aluminum alloy tube bender heads (replaceable) prevent pipe deformation. The kit includes 7 interchangeable bending dies (1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 7/8”) to cater to various pipe sizes.

Ergonomic Design

Featuring an extra-long handle that increases leverage and reduces hand fatigue, the bender allows for one-handed operation and improves work efficiency. Its compact design minimizes space requirements while enabling bending in narrow spaces.

Important Precautions

• Ensure the copper tube material is suitable for bending. Seamless copper tubes are usually more appropriate.
• For hard copper tubes, soften them by burning.
• The wall thickness of the copper tube should not be too thin, and the bending radius should be greater than 3-4 times the diameter.
• To prevent wrinkling or flattening, fill the copper tube with sand or use internal support tools.
• Apply force slowly and evenly during the bending process.
